What we grow
These are the crops included in our field production plan for 2009. We grow several varieties of each. The actual harvest depends mainly on the weather: some conditions favor certain crops and not others, every year is different, and it always evens out! Check back here for plan updates until early spring, and visit the site during the season for farming progress reports and to find out exactly what’s available each week!
